Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.
This means that each day isn't full of confidence you walk with fear. By having worries you are not in your right state of mind you are thinking of other things rather than whats required.

Yes, everybody worries about things. It is apart of life.
ReplyDeleteWorries bring stress and stress creates anxiety, and more stress. Whatever you're worrying about just try not to think about. Try strategies to take your mind of it such as listening to music or etc.
